SPAGUARD® BROMINATING CONCENTRATE 6 LB

Brominating Concentrate is a dual-purpose product for your spa. It serves as sanitizer and oxidizer all in a convenient, one-step powder. Brominating Concentrate is fast-dissolving and totally soluble. Used regularly, it also regenerates bromides to keep the total bromine residual within the necessary range.

Brominating concentrate is all you need to sanitize your spa and oxidize undesirable compounds that build up through spa use. It may be added directly to your spa with no predissolving to keep your spa clear and clean.

Application instructions:

Initial application:

1. Backwash and/or clean the filter.

2. Adjust the pH to 7.2-7.6.

3. Add 1 tsp. per 200 gallons every 15-20 minutes to reach a bromine level of 3-6 ppm.

For super oxidation:

1. Add 4 tsp. per 200 gallons.

2. Do not enter spa until bromine level drops to 8 ppm or lower.

For maintenance:

1. Adjust the pH to 7.4-7.6.

2. With the pump running, add 1 tsp. per 200 gallons as needed to maintain 3 - 5 ppm at all times.
